About the content

Where the information comes from, and what is stood behind.

The chronicle is generated automatically from original documents of the operator’s own proceedings. Every statement can be traced back to a dated document; nothing is estimated and nothing is reconstructed. Wherever a reading is offered rather than a measurement taken, that is labeled on the spot.

The mother’s name and address have been removed from titles, full texts and PDF files. Of the parents’ dates of birth only the year remains. Public officials, courts, case numbers and appointed experts are named in their professional capacity — to that extent the reporting concerns the social sphere only.

External links were checked when they were added. Only the operators of third-party sites are responsible for their content; without concrete grounds for suspicion, no ongoing monitoring takes place.

Right of reply and corrections

The short way, before it becomes a long one.

Anyone named here who considers a statement to be incorrect will get an answer. Please write by email, naming the specific passage and — where available — the document that contradicts it.

Statements shown to be incorrect are corrected or removed promptly, visibly and with a date. A right of reply under § 20 MStV is published with equal prominence.
